Macro Food began with our feisty founder Kirsty-Lee Griffiths. Being a rugby player (and an incredibly fussy eater), Kirsty was left disgruntled by the lack of healthy food options that tickled her taste buds. So what did she do? She decided to abandon her city Sales job and venture into the world of food.
In early 2019, Kirsty unleashed Macro Food onto South West London, and hasn’t looked back since. Her passion, love, and drive for healthy cooked to order meals has grown and grown, and now, quite frankly there is no stopping her!

Meet Kyle, he is our 2* Michelin Trained chef hailing from sunny South Africa. Having run his own restaurant and worked across 3 different continents (he’s even fed the royal family), Kyle has the knowledge and expertise to bring our healthy concoctions to life!
He’s not just a whizz in the kitchen either. Away from the kitchen Kyle is a big fan of cricket, and has even represented his country during school.
