Get Your Chimmi On
Ever tried our Chimichurri dressing? Who I am kidding, of course you have, it's bloody delicious.
In light of lockdown, we wanted to start sharing with you some of our favourite recipes over here at Macro Food, so you can make some of your own tasty creations at home!

What does Chimichurri go with I hear you cry? Well pretty much everything. It works as a dressing and even a marinade for meat, so it's a great recipe to create and use across multiple meals. Plus it holds for a long time in the fridge too!
Anyway, let's get to the good stuff and give you this simple AF recipe to try at home.
70g parsley
70g coriander
140ml olive oil
5g dried oregano
30g fried garlic or raw garlic if you like a strong flavour
30ml red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4g chilli flakes
(This recipe comes in at 77Kcal P1 C1.8 F7.6 per 25g serving)
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Or if you don't have a blender and want to be all rustic and edgy, chop ingredients finely and mix.
And don't be a copy cat, try and make the recipe your own! Add more red wine vinegar, garlic and chilli flakes to suit your taste.
What meals are you going to have with your chimichurri? We'd love to see your creations!
